Before you write: what a module enquiry should say
Give the model code together with its power class, as the product page writes it — LR7-60HVHL-550W-GUARDIAN, for instance. The code alone is not enough: the Hi-MO 9 Edge LR8-66HYD exists in 9 classes at 630–670 W, each a listing of its own.
If you are coming to collect, say which store and what you are driving: the modules here are 1722 to 2382 mm long and 16.3 to 41.6 kg each.
No message is needed to learn a price: each of the 234 modules prints its own on its page. A warranty question should carry the serial numbers printed on the modules and the purchase date; a large order, the number of modules and the store you will collect them from.
