Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Last updated: April 2026.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and inquiry details when you fill out our contact form or place an order. We also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information when you visit our website.

Cookies & Tracking

Cookies here do three jobs: they keep the site working, they remember whether you read in English, Arabic or French, and they let us count traffic and see which channels send it. You can clear or block them in your browser; only the essential ones are needed for the pages to work. We also record behaviour, which is more than a visit count and is therefore set out here in full. Time on each page, and the share of it you were active. Scroll depth, and how fast you move through text. The wait before your first interaction. The elements you hover over and for how long. Every click: what it hit, the link it followed, and the point on the screen it landed at, kept as a coordinate so that clicks can be pooled into heatmaps. Clicks that repeat or achieve nothing, pinch-zooms, text highlighted outside form fields, printing, right-clicking, and spells on another tab. Search terms typed into the site search, and filters you apply. On forms, the field you opened, the time it took and whether you completed it — never the content of the field, and never password or payment fields, which the recorder does not read at all. A first-party cookie identifies the browser for up to two years. It says device, not person, and it is what lets us recognise a second visit and keep the source that first brought you to us. Your approximate position is read from the IP address and resolves no closer than a city; we do not ask your device for a satellite fix. Performance measurements, JavaScript errors, failed images, graphics chipset and processor core count are collected so that pages performing badly on the devices really in service in your market can be identified. Where the site offers tools — system builder, product comparison, cart, datasheet downloads — the selections, the quantities and the step you abandon are recorded. Browser language and time zone are read as a hint about which kind of buyer you are; it steers reporting only, never the price or the terms you see. The time zone is read for a second purpose too: to establish whether the law where you are requires us to ask before measuring. In most markets it does not, which means no banner and measurement from the first page onward. And when you tap phone or email, or submit a form, what you provide is recorded and delivered to our team with the context of the visit — the page, the engagement, the device and the approximate city — so that the reply starts from what you were reading. The analytics cookies above are Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics; what they hold is pseudonymous rather than anonymous, kept against the same browser identifier and not against your name. No advertising cookie is set, though the banner asks about advertising so that adding one later would not mean putting the question to everybody again. Where consent must come before measurement, the banner asks first and nothing is measured until you answer, and the essential cookies run whatever you choose. Your answer keeps for 180 days in a cookie named _dcc, clearing this site's data in your browser brings the banner back, and the answer is recorded with us as well — date, brand, market, reading language, how it was answered and the pseudonymous visitor identifier — for 790 days, so what was chosen and when can be shown.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. The usage data they collect is pseudonymous rather than anonymous — it is held against the browser identifier described under Cookies, not against your name. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your order details are used to prepare the order and to verify the person collecting it; they reach an installation partner only where you asked us to arrange a service visit.

Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the right to: (1) Access the personal data we hold about you. (2) Correct any inaccurate information. (3) Request deletion of your personal data. (4) Opt out of marketing communications. (5) Request a copy of your data in a portable format. (6) Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for the following periods: (1) Customer account and order data -- 7 years as required under UAE law. (2) Contact form inquiries -- 2 years. (3) Website analytics and behaviour records -- 26 months, after which they are deleted automatically rather than anonymised and kept. (4) Marketing preferences -- until you unsubscribe.
