Delivery Regions

We ship LONGi Solar products to customers across 17+ countries: UAE (all emirates), Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Additional countries may be available upon request.

Shipping & Logistics Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners and logistics providers to ensure safe delivery of your solar panels. For domestic UAE deliveries, we use established local couriers. For GCC and international shipments, we partner with freight carriers experienced in handling solar panels on pallets.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, up to 5 business days. Business days are Sunday through Thursday (UAE business week). You will receive a confirmation email and shipping notification with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes after dispatch: UAE: 2-5 business days. Saudi Arabia: 5-8 days. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 5-10 days. Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon: 7-12 days. Syria: 10-15 days. Egypt, Morocco: 8-30 days. Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands: 10-18 days. These are estimates and may vary due to customs and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on product weight, dimensions, and destination. For UAE domestic orders above AED 5,000, we may offer subsidized shipping. International shipping costs exclude customs duties and import taxes. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Large & Heavy Items (Solar Panels)

Solar panels are shipped on pallets via freight carriers and require forklift or multiple-person unloading at the delivery address. Full pallet loads (typically 30-36 panels per pallet) must be received at a location that can accommodate freight delivery. We use reinforced packaging and protective materials designed for glass-surfaced solar modules. Please ensure your delivery location can accommodate large freight deliveries.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and fees. These are not included in our prices. We provide export documentation, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin to facilitate customs clearance. Many countries offer reduced or zero tariffs on solar energy equipment -- check with your local customs authority.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend insuring all shipments, especially for solar panels which can be damaged during transit. Our partners offer comprehensive insurance options. For orders above AED 10,000, we strongly recommend full-value transit insurance. Document any damage with photos upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or WhatsApp. For freight shipments, our logistics team provides regular updates. Contact us if tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days.
