Where to Collect
Every LONGi order is collected from one of our stores, in Dubai or in Riyadh. You pick the store when you check out, and its details are shown on this page.
What to Bring
Bring the order number from your confirmation and a photo ID. The order number is how the counter finds your Hi-MO pallets; the ID is how we know they are leaving with the right person.
Who Can Collect
The buyer, or anyone the buyer sends — an employee, an installer, a driver or a forwarder's agent — as long as that person carries the order number and their own ID. If someone else is coming for the order, give us their name beforehand so the handover is not held up.

Pay at pickup. Credit card and bank transfer are also accepted — call our sales team on +971 4 255 0887 to arrange payment.
What the Price Covers
The price on each Hi-MO page is the price for collection at our store.
Loading Your Vehicle
Solar panels leave on pallets — typically 30 to 36 modules per pallet — and a full pallet is neither light nor small. Come with a vehicle that takes the footprint and the weight, straps to hold the pallet upright and still, and enough hands for the quantity you ordered. Glass-faced modules should travel the way they were packed, never loose on a truck bed.
Check Before You Leave
Inspect the order at the counter. Count the panels against the invoice, read the model and wattage on the labels, and look over the glass and frame corners of every module you can see before the pallet is loaded. A problem raised at the counter is dealt with at the counter; damage that happens on the road afterwards is not ours to assess.
Buyers from Every Market
Buyers from every market we serve are welcome to collect — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Sudan and France — and for all of them the price is for collection in Dubai or Riyadh.
Onward Transport, Export & Customs
Everything beyond the store door is the buyer's to arrange: the truck or forwarder, export formalities, the destination country's customs duties and import taxes, and insurance for the journey. Your order comes with our invoice and the LONGi flash-test data sheet per pallet; if your forwarder or customs broker needs anything further, ask before you collect.
If an Item Is Defective
A defective item is returned to the store it was collected from, together with the invoice. It is inspected there under our return policy.
