If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining your credentials' confidentiality, all activities under your account, notifying us of unauthorized access, and keeping your information accurate.

Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product specifications, descriptions, images, and datasheets. However, LONGi may update products without prior notice. Product information is for reference purposes only. Confirm exact specifications with our sales team before purchasing.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by LONGi Solar Solutions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You may cancel free of charge until the order is collected. After collection, our return policy applies.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams), for buyers in every market we serve — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Sudan and France. The price shown on the product page when you order is the price on your invoice. Prices are for collection at our store in Dubai or Riyadh; export, customs duties and import taxes in any other country are the buyer's own.

Warranty Terms

Product warranties are provided by LONGi and are stated on each product page: the solar panels we list carry a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, hail beyond design parameters, or unauthorized modifications. We assist customers in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Intellectual Property

All content on longi-solar.net is the property of LONGi Solar Solutions or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Datasheets may be downloaded for personal or professional reference only.

Limitation of Liability

LONGi Solar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, improper installation damage, or third-party equipment compatibility issues.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE law. For UAE/GCC customers, disputes are resolved in Dubai courts. For EU customers, you retain your rights under EU consumer protection laws. We encourage amicable resolution through our customer service team.
